We are an ambitious process and consulting service provider, specialising, among other things, in implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our customers from a wide range of industries. Our goal is to support companies through efficient ITSM solutions and digital transformation. For our growing team, we are looking for motivated and experienced service providers to expand our portfolio in the area of ServiceNow implementation.
Deine Aufgaben / your mission
  • Consultancy and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (incident, problem, change management, CMDB, service catalog, etc.)
  • Requirement analysis and coordination with customers to develop individual ITSM solutions
  • Configuration and customisation of the ServiceNow platform according to the specific needs of customers
  • Conducting workshops and training for customers to ensure successful implementation and use of the solutions
  • Integration of third-party tools and systems into the ServiceNow platform
  • Support and maintenance of existing implementations as well as continuous optimisation of ITSM processes
  • Creation of documentation and support with the creation of user manuals
Dein Profil / your profile
  • Several years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM solutions
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist are an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and best practices (certification desirable)
  • Experience in customising workflows, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and using business rules
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP, JSON, XML is a plus
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently and proactively
  • Fluent in German and English
